Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 8–10 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that Creatively Leanne is not responsible for lost or delayed mail once it has been handed over to USPS.

Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. In cases of damage, we may ask for a photo to help us understand the issue.

If you're requesting a return for reasons other than damage, you’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost. Once the item is received in its original condition, your refund will be processed.
